Jennifer is the Chief Administrative Officer for PR firm Trailblazer International, where she leads HR and IT and played a key role in helping the firm expand globally. Prior to that, she spent 25 years with Goldman Sachs and other financial services firms in senior HR roles (including 8 years working in London. Tokyo, Hongkong, and India).
She enjoys building a business and her experience working with several start-ups made her an effective partner for guiding CEO’s through corporate transactions (IPO, PE acquisition). Jennifer loves change, and the worst thing to say to her is “that’s the way we always done it”. She joined PSC when she was in transition and looking for a head of HR role, and enjoys the events and meeting interesting new people. She loves to talk about international expansion, growing a business, and transformation, and is currently obsessed with AI.

2. Tell us about your role and what you're passionate about in your work.
Jennifer serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Trailblazer International, leading both HR and IT and playing a pivotal role in the firm’s global expansion. She loves building businesses and thrives in environments where transformation is required. With deep experience guiding CEOs through major corporate transactions—including IPOs and private equity acquisitions—she is energized by complexity, growth, and change.
Her least favorite phrase? “That’s the way we’ve always done it.”
3. How long have you been a PSC member, and what inspired you to join?
Jennifer joined PSC while in transition and searching for a Head of HR role. She wanted a community of senior peers, fresh ideas, and meaningful connections during a pivotal moment in her career.

She enjoys the events, the learning opportunities, and the chance to meet interesting, accomplished people across the HR and talent ecosystem.
