Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 5 business days prior to a program or event.

Approved cancellations will receive a credit toward a future PSC registration only; no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for credit. Membership dues are non-refundable.

PSC reserves the right to apply a processing fee to approved cancellations.
