Francine Esrig Spotlight

Francine is the CEO of Francine Esrig & Associates. Her work focuses on organizational culture, team effectiveness, and executive coaching. Prior to starting her own practice in 2018, she spent 25 years in the corporate world, where she led talent management, learning and development, and talent acquisition functions.
Francine enjoys partnering with HR and business leaders—whether one-on-one or in group settings—to make a meaningful difference for teams and organizations. She finds it especially rewarding to help clients uncover insights they hadn’t considered and to witness those pivotal “light bulb” moments that spark lasting growth and change.
She has been a PSC member for at least 18 years. She likes the events, but what has caused her to stay, are the people. Being a part of the Membership Committee for several years made her feel even more connected to PSC, and definitely helped her stay engaged with PSC during COVID. She’s now co-chairing the Marketing Committee and was happy to be invited to join the Board.
Francine is passionate about anything related to culture, employee experience, and leadership development. Francine has recommended Blinkist - which offers short audio summaries of business books – to many of her clients who are looking for resources for their development. She also likes HBR's management tip of the day.
One thing few people know: Francine has an identical twin! With her love of setting goals, Francine ran a Spartan race several years ago – something outside of her comfort zone. She’s ready for her next goal.
