Dave Binder Spotlight

Dave is retired following a career in large financial services and pharma companies where he focused on organizational and leadership development.  Dave joined the PSC board several years ago as Co-Lead, VP of Programs. He transitions to a new Board role in 2026. What Dave enjoys most about PSC is the people. It’s a great group of experienced professionals who keep him fresh and always learning. As a bonus, some have become his good friends. Dave has an interest in large group methods such as Future Search and Open Space. If there are members doing that type of work he would be willing to help. A book Dave recommends is “The Future of Staff Groups” by Joel Henning. Henning’s premise that internal staff functions should operate like businesses at risk in the marketplace influenced Dave’s mindset as a leader during his career.
